So long as your referencing style is consistent (the same all the way through) you will be fine.

 

I recommend using Harvard though, because footnotes can get muddled if you are jumping between documents and programs.

Handy tip: just stick to ONE font like Ariel or Times New Roman. Fancy heading fonts will probably be lost by the time you get to your final draft.
